    Tumblebunny Gymnastics (Adult/Parent Participation & Preschool-Age Classes)

    • Hair: Pulled back and away from the face at all times - this ensures clear visibility and safety.
    • Jewelry: No necklaces, bracelets, anklets, or dangly earrings (small studs only). Jewelry can get caught when instructors are spotting and poses a safety hazard.
    • Tops: No midriffs showing - this allows for safe spotting and contact.
    • Bottoms: No jeans or pants with buttons, snaps, or zippers - these damage equipment and restrict movement.
    • Clothing Fit: No jackets, sweatshirts, or overly loose clothing. These can interfere with spotting and proper form.
    • Footwear: Bare feet only! No socks or shoes (they increase slipping risk). Parents/Adults in participation classes may wear socks if they choose.
    • Extras: No gum, or drinks (except water) on the floor. Toys, stuffies, and blankets should be left in your cubby or at home.
